Brazil com Z. Os EUA nos salvaram de Getúlio Vargas. Agora, vão nos salvar de Lula da Silva

BRASÍLIA, 24 DE MAIO DE 2026 – O Brazil sempre foi com Z, até 1931, quando, por decreto do ditador Getúlio Vargas tirou o Z e pôs S, para padronizar o idioma, já que a palavra brasa era grafada com S. A língua inglesa manteve o Z porque não sofreu reformas ortográficas, enquanto, no Brasil, a língua portuguesa passou por quatro reformas, todas no século passado. Há a teoria de que Brasil é uma homenagem ao pau-brasil, árvore cor de brasa, abundante no Brasil-Colônia. 

Nas ditaduras não é somente cidadãos que são estuprados, mas tudo, incluindo a língua. Atualmente, o Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), de Lula da Silva, tenta emplacar expressões como a linguagem neutra: todes, amigues, e presidenta, nós vai etc., na tentativa de estupidificar ainda mais o povão que vive de bolsa-migalha. 

Em entrevista à jornalista Arilda Costa McClive, publicada quarta-feira 20 no portal da AJOIA Brasil (Associação Brasileira de Jornalistas Independentes e Afiliados), Dan Berg, um dos grandes intelectuais brasileiros, lança luz sobre esta questão. Polímata, escritor, autor de Sociedade dos Poetas Vivos e Império do Brazil com Z, pós-graduado em Neurociências, com extensão universitária em Genealogia pela Universidade Mackenzie de São Paulo, Metodologia STEAM pelo British Council, Diplomacia Internacional e Direito Constitucional, Dan Berg é um estudioso de línguas clássicas, geopolítica e ética, membro da Associação Brasileira das Forças Internacionais de Paz da ONU e da AJOIA Brasil.

A certa altura da entrevista Arilda McClive pergunta: Império do Brazil com Z – por que o Z importa? É provocação ortográfica ou declaração política? 

Dan Berg responde: “O Z importa porque é a nossa identidade constitucional e milenar. Minha pesquisa revela que o nome deriva da raiz hebraica ברזל) BRZL – Barzel, que significa ferro ou férreo, rígido como ferro, avermelhado em sua incandescência. Esta grafia foi utilizada por milênios em escritas fenícias e celtas — como a ilha de Hy-Brasil — em mapas medievais muito antes de 1500. O termo remete ao metal incandescente, de cor avermelhada, e à rigidez do material. 

“Desconstruo aqui um anacronismo: o nome da nação precede o da árvore. O vegetal recebeu esse nome por ser rígido como o ferro e possuir a seiva vermelha como o ferro em brasa. Cientistas mantiveram o S no vegetal apenas para respeitar a grafia da época do registro botânico. Aliás, em 2016, a ciência corrigiu o nome botânico para Paubrasilia echinata, mas, originalmente, a árvore sequer possuía esse nome duplo; era apenas o vegetal que remetia à terra de ferro (Barzel). 

“O argumento de que o nome deveria ter S para combinar com “brasa” não se sustenta, pois, até 1943, escrevia-se braza (com Z); ambas foram alteradas na mesma canetada. A mudança do país para S, em 1943, foi uma manobra arbitrária do ditador Getúlio Vargas, por meio de seu séquito de acadêmicos, sem qualquer base etimológica, histórica, étnica, filológica, cultural ou linguística. Foi uma decisão puramente política e sem base técnica, tanto que mantiveram o Z em palavras como azul, natureza, azeite e fazer, expondo uma total incoerência argumentativa imposta sob ditadura, sem consulta ao povo. 

“Observem a cronologia: 

“Séculos antes de 1500: Cartas marítimas e mapas medievais já registravam o Brazil/Hy-Brasil como a realidade geográfica mapeada do outro lado do Atlântico (a Nova Terra Prometida). 

“1824: O nome oficial na Carta Magna (Constituição do Império) é Brazil, com Z. 

“1891: Mesmo na era republicana, a Constituição Federal dos Estados Unidos do Brazil mantém oficialmente o Z. 

“1943: Ruptura ortográfica arbitrária de Vargas, violando milênios de história e documentos oficiais. 

“Portanto, identidade oficial de Brazil, desde antes de 1500 até 1943: 443 anos! Em absurda, inaceitável e violadora alteração do patrimônio imaterial do nome da nação de Brazil para Brasil, de 1943 até 2025: 82 anos. Só por essa comparação de lapso temporal já é possível ver onde está a verdade do nome oficial e original da Pátria Amada. O verdadeiro Brasil, com Z ou com o S de Getúlio Vargas, o pior mandatário que o Brasil já teve em toda a sua história, mas, pasmem, superado por Lula da Silva, vai além da grafia. Trata-se do Paraíso, a região bíblica da Terra onde a natureza é a grande aliada do homem. Maior província biológica e mineral do planeta, sem cataclismos, com os maiores rios do mundo, extenso litoral e clima tropical e sub-tropical, o Brasil é o único subcontinente do globo a abrigar todas as etnias, todas as religiões e todos os povos, em paz. 

Sua tragédia é a maior máfia global, o comunismo, que, como um enxame de gafanhotos, quer reduzir o Brasil a um entreposto de narcóticos a serem embarcados para os Estados Unidos e Europa. 

Nossa sorte é que os Estados Unidos – assim como fez durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, quando salvou o Brasil das garras de Getúlio Vargas e de Adolf Hitler – voltem a nos salvar, desta vez de Lula da Silva, do PT e do Foro de São Paulo.

BRASÍLIA, MAY 24, 2026 – Brazil was always spelled with a Z until 1931, when, by decree, the dictator Getúlio Vargas removed the Z and replaced it with an S in order to standardize the language, since the word brasa (“ember”) was spelled with an S. The English language kept the Z because it did not undergo spelling reforms, whereas in Brazil the Portuguese language went through four reforms, all during the last century. There is a theory that Brazil is named after the pau-brasil tree, ember-colored and abundant in Colonial Brazil.

Under dictatorships, it is not only citizens who are violated, but everything else as well, including language. Today, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s Workers’ Party (PT) attempts to impose expressions such as gender-neutral language — todes, amigues, and presidenta, nós vai, etc. — in an effort to further stupefy the masses who survive on welfare crumbs.

In an interview with journalist Arilda Costa McClive, published Wednesday the 20th on the portal of AJOIA Brasil (Brazilian Association of Independent and Affiliated Journalists), Dan Berg, one of Brazil’s great intellectuals, sheds light on this issue. A polymath, writer, author of Society of Living Poets and Empire of Brazil with a Z, postgraduate in Neurosciences, with extension studies in Genealogy at Mackenzie University of São Paulo, STEAM Methodology through the British Council, International Diplomacy, and Constitutional Law, Dan Berg is a scholar of classical languages, geopolitics, and ethics, and a member of the Brazilian Association of UN International Peace Forces and AJOIA Brasil.

Arilda Costa McClive is a journalist, photographer, and art curator based in the United States. For 20 years she has written about culture and the arts for the Brazilian Times Newspaper. In 2015, she received the Machado de Assis Award from the Brazilian Library of New York for promoting Brazilian culture at a level of excellence. She is a founding associate of AJOIA Brasil.

At one point in the interview, Arilda McClive asks: “Empire of Brazil with a Z” — why does the Z matter? Is it an orthographic provocation or a political statement?

Dan Berg replies:

“The Z matters because it is our constitutional and millennial identity. My research reveals that the name derives from the Hebrew root ברזל (BRZL – Barzel), meaning iron or iron-like, rigid as iron, glowing reddish in its incandescence. This spelling was used for millennia in Phoenician and Celtic writings — such as the island of Hy-Brasil — on medieval maps long before 1500. The term refers to incandescent metal, reddish in color, and to the rigidity of the material.

“I deconstruct here an anachronism: the nation’s name precedes the tree’s name. The plant received this name because it was rigid like iron and possessed red sap like glowing iron. Scientists kept the S in the plant’s name only to respect the spelling in use at the time of the botanical registration. In fact, in 2016, science corrected the botanical name to Paubrasilia echinata, but originally the tree did not even possess this double name; it was simply the plant that referred to the land of iron (Barzel).

“The argument that the country’s name should contain an S to match the word ‘brasa’ does not hold up, because until 1943 the word was written braza (with a Z); both spellings were altered by the same stroke of the pen. The change of the country’s name to S, in 1943, was an arbitrary maneuver by the dictator Getúlio Vargas through his entourage of academics, without any etymological, historical, ethnic, philological, cultural, or linguistic basis. It was a purely political decision without technical foundation. So much so that they kept the Z in words such as azul, natureza, azeite, and fazer, exposing a complete argumentative inconsistency imposed under dictatorship without consulting the people.

“Observe the chronology:

“Centuries before 1500: Nautical charts and medieval maps already registered Brazil/Hy-Brasil as the mapped geographic reality on the other side of the Atlantic (the New Promised Land).

“1824: The official name in the Imperial Constitution is Brazil, with a Z.

“1891: Even in the republican era, the Federal Constitution of the United States of Brazil officially retained the Z.

“1943: Vargas’s arbitrary orthographic rupture violated millennia of history and official documents.

“Therefore, the official identity of Brazil, from before 1500 until 1943: 443 years! In the absurd, unacceptable, and violating alteration of the nation’s immaterial heritage from Brazil to Brasil, from 1943 until 2025: 82 years. This comparison of time spans alone already reveals where the truth of the nation’s original and official name lies. The true Brazil, whether with the Z or with the S imposed by Getúlio Vargas — the worst ruler Brazil ever had in its entire history, though astonishingly surpassed by Lula da Silva — goes beyond spelling. It is Paradise itself, the biblical region of Earth where nature is humanity’s great ally. The planet’s greatest biological and mineral province, free from cataclysms, with the world’s largest rivers, an extensive coastline, and tropical and subtropical climate, Brazil is the only subcontinent on Earth to shelter all ethnicities, all religions, and all peoples in peace.

Its tragedy is the world’s greatest mafia: communism, which, like a swarm of locusts, seeks to reduce Brazil to a narcotics hub for shipments to the United States and Europe.

Our good fortune is that the United States — just as it did during the Second World War, when it saved Brazil from the clutches of Getúlio Vargas and Adolf Hitler — may once again save us, this time from Lula da Silva, the PT, and the São Paulo Forum.
